Q&A with Diamond Narakorn

F&J : You are constantly evolving as an artist, showcasing your talent across acting, music, and performance.
How do you balance these different artistic sides, and which area challenges you the most right now?

Diamond: Thank you so much for saying that, it really means a lot to me. Honestly, I think every field comes with its own challenges, but to me, everything I do is art, and I genuinely enjoy all of it.

When it comes to balance, it’s really about prioritizing. For example, if I have a concert or a live performance coming up next week, that goes straight to the top of my list. I’ll start preparing right away and spend about 3 to 4 days getting ready, filming myself during rehearsals to check how I’m doing. But even with all that preparation, I still get nervous and excited every single time I step on stage. And after the show, I always find myself sitting quietly, wondering, “Did I do okay up there?”

Acting is probably my biggest challenge. I don’t think I’m nearly at the same level as other actors. So for now, I just want to keep gaining experience and improving myself. But whenever the opportunity comes up, I’ll always give it my very best.

F&J : With your highly anticipated new single coming out this July, what can fans expect from this comeback? What was the main inspiration behind the music or the concept?

Diamond: As everyone knows, I’ve been away from releasing music for quite some time, so for this comeback, I really wanted to bring back the fun and sexy energy that people might remember from my music.

The single is called “Mi Amor.” For this song, my producer HYE and I worked together in his studio, building the rhythm and the beat from scratch. We both felt that if I was going to come back, it had to be something even more exciting, more playful, and more charming than before.

The main inspiration came from Latin music. It’s playful, it’s got that irresistible rhythm and movement. And I wanted to bring that Latin flavor in so that even people who don’t usually listen to this genre can feel the song and move along with it.

F&J: Can you share a memorable behind-the-scenes moment from your recent projects? What did you enjoy the most about bringing that specific story or character to life?

Diamond: One of the most memorable moments was definitely working with Jazzy. I’d been following her work for a long time before this, so getting to actually work together was really special. To be honest, I tend to get a little shy around women, but she kept telling me, “Don’t be nervous” “this is just acting, it’s our job.” That really helped me relax, and in the end I had so much fun working with her.
Another moment that stood out to me was the horse-riding scene in the “Mi Amor” music video. It was actually my first time riding a horse, so at first, I felt quite tense and nervous. But once I tried it, it wasn’t as scary as I thought. The horse was really sweet, too.

Honestly, I enjoyed every scene, but if I had to choose the one I had the most fun with, it would be the final scene where everyone comes out and dances together. It felt so lively and full of energy. I’m really thankful to everyone on the team for making this music video such an enjoyable experience.

F&J: F&J Entertainment acts as a bridge between Thai talent and international audiences. How does it feel to know your work resonates so deeply with fans across Europe and Italy who support you from afar?

Diamond: First of all, I feel truly grateful to receive so much love and support from international fans. This makes me feel like I’ve taken another step toward my dream.

What I’d love to tell everyone is; working in this industry, I need a fire inside me to keep going, and all of you are the fuel that keeps my fire burning. It never goes out because of you. I’m deeply grateful for that.

I hope you will stay with me for a long time and continue walking this journey together. To everyone who has just discovered me or recently joined us, thank you so much and welcome to my Diamondee family. I’m really happy to have you here, and I promise I’ll always do my best for you.
